Nursery Rhymes Children's Day Nursery, Pre-school and Jabberwocky Club is situated in the centre of Addingham village and opened in 2001. Thank you to Nursery Rhymes, for being the constant through Harper's life. You have given us so much as a family and just knowing she has been safe and having so much fun everyday has made being without her that much easier.

Here at Nursery Rhymes our policy on food is as serious and professional as it is to providing good quality care for every child attending the nursery. Our cook and staff within the nursery all hold a recognised food hygiene certificate to ensure correct procedures are maintained when preparing and serving food for the children.
Working in partnership with our parents and carers is essential to our work. You know your child the best and we are keen to share in that knowledge. We recommend your child attends settling in sessions prior to starting at Nursery Rhymes, as this allows both of you to gradually build up to longer periods of absence, and for your child to feel happy and comfortable within the nursery.
An essential part of our role is to provide an environment that promotes health, safety and protection. We have many policies and procedures that govern the way we operate the nursery, and these underpin everything we do. The nursery regularly reviews and updates such documentation in line with changes in legislation and practice.
We have four playrooms at Nursery Rhymes which have been designed around the children's needs. Each playroom is calmly decorated and makes use of various displays to promote each child's individuality. Each child has their own individual board in which we display their artwork, pictures captured and any family photographs and memories too.
