Booked a taxi 2 days prior to New Year’s Eve for 6, including 4 kids, told it would be near to 1am but couldn’t provide a time. I understood that as it was New Year’s Eve. 3:30 am and the taxi still hadn’t arrived, with constant excuses from the operator. Eventually went with another company who arrived within 30 minutes. Absolute shambles and I will never use this company again!!

Ask your driver if they’ll be happy to pay the company £10 per week extra at Christmas & New year. Also ask them if they enjoy paying the company to go on holiday even after 15 years service. Ask them if they’re happy that the company continuously takes on new drivers even if there is no extra work. Ask them if they are happy that company owned vehicles receive all the prime work
