We can comfortably cater for up to 150 guests with bespoke packages to suit all budgets and menus designed to ensure everyone everyone has room for cake! Flooded with light and looking out onto our sunken garden (which is perfect for pictures by the way), the Garden Room is our showpiece.

Nice rooms, team seemed to be lost when taking my order, ended up getting forgotten about! Decent beer on tap - neck oil which was nice, however meal was pretty poor: ordered batter fish and chips - fish should in my eyes be bigger than the chip portion otherwise the menu should read “chips and fish”?? Fish was minuscule, quality poor clearly frozen before being far to thinly battered. Sad that the only part of the meal that I enjoyed came from a tap 🤔. In check out the girl didn’t even asked if I enjoyed my stay - surely basic customer service??? “I’d like to check out please”

Avoid the roast. We ordered one at 12.05 and it arrived barely luke warm and potatoes were not roasted, they tasted like they were from a frozen microwave meal. No condiments offered and was only asked if it… was okay towards the end of the meal, that we were rushing to eat due to the low temperature. The staff member grunted sorry and that was it. Shame as the restaurant area is quite nice! we certainly won't be returning firstly as food was so poor and secondly the staff don't seem to give a hoot.....

We’ve just left this hotel and I definitely won’t be staying again. When we arrived we were taken to our room around 10 pm with two tired children to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned. We walked into a slept in bed with dirty towels on the floor.
The reception lady was very kind and quickly delt with the issue. We were given another room and she pulled out the sofa bed for my little girl revealing the biggest stain all over the mattress. It was disgusting and even she was embarrassed. Again she put the problem right and got us a new mattress but not what you want when your tired and

Rude staff especially Craig! The so called assistant manager who has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! Shouldn’t even be allowed in this job dealing with customers let alone “manager” should be hidden away from customers in the kitchen pot washing,, Disgraceful, rude and illegal discriminatory behaviour!!

Very overpriced room but I guess with everybody doing staycations hotels can charge what they like. Don't get me wrong the room was clean, the bathroom was also clean if on the small size but totally not worth the £106 price tag. Couldn't get dinner as the restaurant was fully booked but that didn't warrant the couldn't care less attitude we received when we asked for alternatives. I was going to give only 1 star but the 11 o'clock check out bumped it up to 2. I won't be going back.

I ate here twice. Originally it wasn't my plan to eat here. I was staying here and I needed lunch so I thought I'd give it a go. For lunch, I ordered the fish finger Bap. This was extremely nice, and the homemade chips were amazing. I also had dinner here and ordered the burger. For me, the burger wasn't as good as I had hoped, but that's only because I can make them myself and tend to add a lot of spices. For starters I had the flatbread which again was absolutely amazing. I decided to come back for dessert and had the chocolate truffle cake. This was fantastic. Service was excellent. Nearly forgot
