Our indulgent Warren Suite is a real treat. Located on the first floor, this plush and spacious room benefits from two double-aspect windows, surveying the country garden and surrounding treetop canopy, giving a lovely light and airy feel. The suite is stylishly appointed, furnished with a king size sleigh bed, comfortable seating area and traditional mirrored dressing table.
Having dogs around is part and parcel of being situated in the New Forest. We understand that dogs are part of the family and as such many owners like to take their dog with them on holiday! For a small charge of 40 per dog, per stay, you can stay in either our Classic Rooms or Manor Rooms. Be assured that our bedrooms are cleaned to a very high standard so if you're not a dog person you won't even know there's been one in the room!
At The Bell Inn, we understand the importance of locally sourcing our ingredients, whether that is from our farming neighbours or our own family estates in the New Forest and Scotland. Dining with us allows you to sample a true taste of the forest - our 'estate-to- plate' ethos is the driving force and inspiration behind our menus.
Award-winning and full of passion, each of the dishes we serve presents a modern twist on traditional British favourites. We blend local ingredients with heritage flavours to create meals that everyone can enjoy - some even say it is the best pub food in the New Forest. Working with local produce means we're constantly making seasonal menu changes; fresh flavours and specials are always on the menu.

Have been before numerous times and loved it also enjoyed the bands and playing chess in the garden. When I recently visited it was practically empty but still a lovely Pub/Inn/Hotel, also lovely location in Brook where I adore seeing the ponies, cows, pigs, lambs, donkeys bimbling around seasonally - so drive sensibly please and respect the livestock/wildlife, etc.

Lovely country pub vibe. Bedrooms spotless if a little small, and both of ours opened out onto a flat roof with humming pipework. We had horrendous rain so that possibly added to the general noise ( realise that they couldn't do anything about that )
We had a really lovely meal in the restaurant, the pork belly and Guinea fowl dishes were absolutely delicious.
Really lovely cheese board with lots of grapes and local cheese and upmarket crackers.
All the staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming.

The hotel had only reopened the day before and Staff could not do enough for us.
Everyone from Reception to Waiting to Breakfast Staff were so welcoming and helpful.
The food was delicious and the room had all we needed for an overnight stay.
Thank you so much, it was such a lovely feeling to be doing something normal after the last year plus .
Cannot recommend you all highly enough, and to top it all the beautiful New Forest right on the doorstep, in fact ponies grazing right outside on the Green. Wow.

Carry and the team are fantastic and the food is out of this world!
They went above and beyond for us after we were three hours late for our booking due to a cycling accident, they couldn't have helped us enough, from tending wounds to allowing us to store our bikes and collect next day, making sure we had a cab home and somewhere warm to wait, such kind and caring people I can't praise them enough!
Our meal was amazing, food was fresh and tasty, they also had no problem catering for my intolerances either, I honestly can not recommend them enough! Five stars isn't enough!
We will definitely

Our room had a very noisy kitchen extractor fan next to it,so we were unable to have windows open. This kept going until 10.30pm. No option to move as hotel fully booked.
Booked breakfast but on arrival we were told there would be no hot food, only continental . Very disappointed with selection on offer.

Lovely place in the New Forest, but it was not busy for a Sunday lunch and the staff were utterly clueless. No beers on draught (it's a pub!) which I appreciate is a likely Covid "hangover", and food was above average although clearly wanted to be more. Overall ok but it could have been so much better. Hopefully businesses like this will step up in a Covid world
