The Department for Education states that there is a need "to create and enforce a clear and rigorous expectation on all schools to promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs." The Government set out its definition of British values in the 2011 Prevent Strategy and these values were reiterated by the Prime Minister in 2014.
Cropredy Primary School is a small village school in an idyllic rural setting with an energetic, close knit staff, who are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for all our children and families.

The school has a new, strong leadership team, and is embarking on an exciting period of curriculum development and improvement, while forging closer links with the wider community and expanding the extracurricular opportunities available to our children. We are proud of the ethos and values shared by all staff, children, parents, and governors and are looking for the right person to join our school community.
The school believes that Maths skills are vital to the development of children so they are prepared for their future life. A broad and balanced Maths programme using objectives from the National Curriculum 2014, determines the skills that each year group and Key Stage must cover. A variety of resources are used to promote a maths culture.
