We expect it to be extremely busy so please book your table to avoid disappointment. Please allow extra time for your takeaway. We can cater for businessmen wanting to dine alone, couples looking for an evening out or even very large parties (birthdays, work, parties, engagements etc). The new team at Amontola will be headed by the proprietor Syed Washim Bari.

I'm a veggie and whatever I've had has never been less than excellent. My partner highly rates the King Prawn dishes, as a guide for those who are avoiding meat (although I'm told that's very good too!) Had our first takeaway tonight from here since opening during lockdown - gave you 5* for fantastic food, chicken madras, chicken pathia, both delicious, best we've had in a long time.

A very spacious and well presented restaurant. On the night that my wife and I were there (a Saturday) there were a lot of full tables. The staff were very helpful. The food was delicious and at a good price. We would definitely go again.

Amazing place for quality Indian food, with a wide variety of dishes. This place is wonderful the staff are very friendly and informative. The place itself is spacious and nicely decorated, love the huge paintings on the walls this is a real charming Indian restaurant.

We visited here for the first time last week.
In thirty years of enjoying indian food this meal was in my all-time top five.
I would knock off a star because I guess they won't relocate to my home town of Leeds but that would be unfair 😄
