The staff are hardworking and are a great team. They have the children's best interests at heart and are very approachable. The school has a very homely feel to it. The school and staff celebrate success in all areas of the broad and balanced curriculum. Each year there are new initiatives or curricular developments implemented to enhance the school even further.

Services
Killyhommon PS seeks to serve the Boho Community through the provision of a caring and Christian experience which aims to empower young people to develop their potential for life. We aim to do this within a broad and balanced learning environment. At Killyhommon PS we seek to establish an educative community, centred on Christ so that his values and Gospel message pervade the whole life of the school.
It is important that each child comes to school neat and tidy. We are proud of our school uniform which reflects the individuality of our school and offers to all children a common form of dress. School uniform must be worn each day unless special clothing is required e.g. for field trips or on P.E.
I would be a great school councillor because I am determined to show the Education Authority what a fantastic school Killyhommon is. I would put together ideas to make this school a lovelier place to learn. If you elect me I promise I will put your ideas in front of mine. I will listen carefully to all you have to say.
