The Spanish Sisters came to London over 45 years ago to help single Spanish young women who were alone and vulnerable in London. They supported them to integrate in the community, learn the language, and find employment. Some of them were mothers, and as they went to work, the Sisters looked after their children.
Over time this developed into a Day Nursery. For over 45 years, the Spanish Sisters of Charity helped raise children with love and unswerving dedication. They developed an ethos where children felt safe and secure, valued and unique. The Spanish Nursery and Children's Centre for Culture and Language was opened in recognition of their amazing work and with the desire to continue their incredible service to children and their families.

Services
TSN supports the children in all aspects of the daily routine. We are flexible to include the personal needs of individual children regardless of their age. We provide many opportunities for them to develop their particular likes and interests, but at the same time encourage them to try out new things.
Our routine is adaptable and flexible for all age groups and takes into account individual care routines. There are set times for activities to give the children structure, nap times to allow children to rest and relax, dedicated reading time every day, to support children develop a love for books and stories and daily outdoor play.
We are very proud of the level of expertise in childcare and child development that our teachers provide. All our staff have qualified teacher status, are CRB checked and have up to date child protection and paediatric first aid training. All our teachers speak Spanish as their native language and are also fluent in English.

A very nurturing and loving environment. My daughter loves going to the nursery every day. The staff are very caring and loving, the leadership team is on the ball and very approchable, the food is fresh and prepared on site daily, the activities are educational and fun. They are amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough to any parent.
