Here at Monkey Puzzle we provide full time childcare in our light and spacious day nursery. Children aged 3 months to 5 years are cared for by our wonderful team of practitioners, carefully hand-picked to offer the highest level of care.

Services
All of our staff are either NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) or equivalent, or participating in the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Early Years and Childcare. I believe in hard-work, compassion and kindness and I live by these values. I like to talk about psychology and often sway towards thought provoking topics such as the "meaning of life" and making the most of "the present".
Our mobile and non-mobile babies benefit from a large, bright, open plan day room, well equipped with the latest in sensory equipment to test their senses and encourage development. As babies spend a lot of time sleeping at this early age, we provide a dedicated sleep room. We constantly monitor the room temperature in the day nursery to ensure the babies are comfortable at all times.
At Monkey Puzzle day nursery we strongly believe that a healthy, balanced diet is essential for growth and development in under 5's. This prompted us to consult with a paediatric nutritionist to formulate a menu that will help give your child the best start in life. Where possible, all our food is organic and has won The Healthy Eating Under 5's Award.
All children at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries are encouraged to learn through play. Our Curriculum covers all the key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and is designed to meet the needs of each individual child. We follow the Government's Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework which sets the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth up to 5 years of age.
I have been so impressed by all the staff at Monkey Puzzle Twickenham. They are so positive with the children, my daughter loves coming to nursery. I have been especially impressed by the teaching + learning of phonics/number recognition for my daughter. She has learned so much in the short time she has been here and it has made her (and me) keen to reinforce this at home.

I am so excited about this new nursery. We actually moved to be close to it. They have just kicked off, which means everything is brand new, SUPER clean, and everyone here is truly putting an effort to build something special. The space outside is definitely a big plus for us, as we have just recently moved out from the city so that our 20 month old could enjoy the outdoors, and the closeness to the train station (practically next door), means both my husband and I can conveniently drop him off on the way to work and pick him up in the evening when back. There is also a gym right upstairs! Special
