Osborne House Nursery offer full day care in a setting that encourages your children's development through play and learning, starting from 3 months to 5 years. We have four different rooms that suit each stage of their development, meaning they'll continue to grow with other children of their age group and development level.
We reached our target! Thank you for all your support to help us raise some cash to improve the nursery grounds, our Trustees are now working hard to paint fences, clean up the space and refresh the nursery grounds. We have also now held our annual summer sports week events to raise money for new nursery equipment.

We are actively recruiting mothers/fathers/carers to join the nursery's Board of Trustees. Our community nursery is a registered not-for-profit charity that does not have an owner but is run by a voluntary Board of Trustees. We are always keen to recruit new Board members, we need your support, as parents of children at our nursery to help ensure that Osborne House continues to improve and grow in the future.
Children in Little Monkeys are cared for as they would be at home whenever possible. Practitioners will support you and your child in adapting routines which will help your child to settle into the Nursery environment. These routines are to provide continuity and to ensure your child feels safe and secure, which is paramount in young children.

We are absolutely delighted with the way Osborne House has enabled our daughter to develop and build her confidence.
The team in the nursery setting have been responsive to her needs at each stage, working with us to support her early years education at home too.
Staff at Osborne House are approachable, open and friendly. Most importantly they have formed a great relationship with our daughter too.
Crucially, during the recent difficult circumstances of the pandemic, we have been well informed and kept up to date with safeguarding and rollout of health and safety practices.
Would happily recommend

Having had a baby during the pandemic we were left in the situation of trying to pick a nursery without being able to tour any. From the outset the communications with Osborne House Community Nursery have been reassuring, informative and friendly.
They were able to send me information about the nursery in a timely manner, they were available on phone and email to answer any questions.
The settling in visits were responsive to mine and my child's needs and every day we get detailed feedback on what has unfolded during the day as well as receiving photos using a secure method.
I wouldn't hesitate

Both of our children attended Osborne House Community Nursery from a year old until leaving for school. We were attracted to the nursery for it’s community-focussed not-for-profit ethos. We have been thoroughly delighted with the staff and the care they provide to our children. The baby rooms were cosy and inviting, and have a separate sleeping room with cots for the younger children. Both our children settled very quickly without many tears.
The rooms are well laid out with great craft and exploratory activities, with areas for outdoor play. There are great pre-school activities to help prepare

Osborne House has been a home from home for my little girl. She has attended since she was 9 months old and will leave for school in September. The Staff are experienced, fun and caring, they really get to know the children and work with parents through all the milestones. I would highly recommend this nursery.
