Services
Falcons School for Girls is an 'Excellent' school, providing independent education for girls aged four to eleven years. Operating from the same site, Peregrines Nursery School provides independent education for boys and girls from two to four years. We are a warm and caring school, taking great pride in developing our pupils into happy, kind and confident individuals.
Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions that parents will make for their children. Each child is an individual and therefore not every setting will be the right fit for your daughter. As we know, girls and boys are different. They mature at different rates and have different learning styles.
Falcons School for Girls became part of the Alpha Plus Group at the turn of the century and established a reputation for academic excellence, creativity and a love of learning. We take pride in developing our girls into happy, confident individuals ready to meet the challenges of their senior schools.
Our school is made up of four separate freehold buildings at numbers 7, 11, 22 and 24 Woodborough Road, Putney, SW15 6PY. The four Edwardian houses are situated within a leafy Conservation Area and ring with laughter. As a school we are lucky to have lots of space and a number of facilities you wouldn't typically find at a stand-alone prep school.
We are proud to have such a team of well-qualified teachers, classroom assistants and support staff, all of whom work closely with one another to provide and support the children's learning. All staff at our school recognise that each child has her own special talent, which we assist in promoting and nurturing; while working to ensure that the education of each child develops in personal, social, academic and spiritual dimensions.
