This is the highest rating possible and reassures families that we deliver to the highest standards. We take full advantage of the beautiful setting and the children get to explore the natural surroundings. In 2007 we also opened a term time, sessional care nursery based at Cecil Gowing Infant School in Sprowston.
Julie recognised there was a lack of childcare provision in the area and wanted to create 'a home from home' that would be in the heart of the community. The premises are a mixture of 'old and new'. The old part of the property was built in the 1830's when it was the Farmhouse to Sprowston Manor. The property was extended in the 1940's, including what is now the babies play room.
Our investment continued with the appointment of a new, experienced management team with new policies and procedures and a strong emphasis on staff training. Toni, who led this change, continues to manage the nursery with her now established team. The nursery has a wide range of equipment and resources that creates an environment where the children can learn and develop through play.
Our premises used to be stables, but they were converted in 2017 along with several barns in the adjoining courtyard. It is a wonderful setting for a nursery school, and we are so lucky to be allowed to explore the surrounding farm land. Debbie manages this nursery, having spent several years at our sessional nursery.
We truly believe we offer good value for money for the care and education we provide. All of our nursery schools provide a homely, safe and creative learning environment, where every child has the opportunity to mix with their peers, have fun and be looked after by people who have their best interests at heart.

My son has just left in July he started January 2016 and has an amazing time at Cecil gowing Once upon a time. His key worker was Anna and she is lovely . Kind helpful and really caring towards my son. All he has done is talk about her from the first time they met. He likes to include her in everything even when we draw pictures or make cakes he wants to give Anna one and adds her to our pictures. She has made such an impact on his life and he actually feels like she part ofhis family All staff are lovely and very approachable, he really loved Debbie too but she recently moved to the White House
