Services
The Pixie baby room is situated at the end of our three play rooms. We provide a range of activities and equipment to help with all areas of development; these vary from is also space to encourage a wide range of creative activities such as water, messy and sensory play. Staff regularly monitor each child's development throughout their time in our Pixie room concentrating on the prime areas of development through interests and next steps.
The Barn Room is situated on the left hand side of the main mobile, and the spacious area provides space for 21 pre school aged children. The cloak room is situated in the lobby area and outdoor provision is set in a smaller area to the rear of the mobile and within the main garden area at the front of the building.
How does Giant Steps know if a child needs extra help and what should I do if I think my child may have special educational needs? How do you identify children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? How will I be able to raise any concerns I may have?. Each child has a key person whose role it is to develop a close and sensitive relationship with the parents.
