Parent Comment
Report
But I can honestly say I have never had any worries about M's welfare whilst in your care. At the time, my in-laws were horrified at the thought of me leaving M at a nursery. But seeing how M has learnt and developed in the 4 12 years he has spent with you, they are in no doubt, and have said many times that attending Sunhill was the best thing Miles could have done.
Staff & Recruitment
Report
Sunhill invests continuously in staff training and development, but maintains a sensible balance between trainee and experienced staff. Over 50% have approved qualifications, while nursery assistants are chosen for their maturity and experience. All staff are carefully vetted, and staff-child ratios are generally greater than those laid down by statutory requirements.
