Puddleducks is a privately run day nursery, established in 1995. We offer the highest level of care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Situated in Baldock, we have become well known and respected in the local community and with good access to the train station and main roads, wider communities aswell.
The nursery provides a home from home atmosphere in a grade II listed building constructed by the famous architect, William Butterfield, in 1871. We aim to provide a stimulating and enriching environment where children can grow, develop and flourish. We have an extensive range of resources that encourage children to explore and experiment, opening their minds to new and exciting idea's.

Not as great as everyone makes out. Unless your child is going full time and you're giving them a lot of money, they don't care. Was unprofessional at times. Her care diary wasn't always updated, put in the wrong nappies. Had her last day yesterday and despite being there for a while, nothing was even mentioned about her leaving. Also didn't inform me when she was bitten and didn't tell me appropriately. Would not recommend at all.

We've been going to Puddleducks since my son was about 5months, he is now 14months old. We love going, it's been a really good way for us to bond. We enjoy the classes each week and he is really picking up on the signals. He is so confident and happy in the water. I can see us being part of the Puddleducks family for many years to come.
