Our Optometrists work on set days, if you wish to see a specific practitioner please select the relevant days. Weekend appointments are available with both Vanessa Krell & Elisabeth Devan, if you wish to be seen on the weekend please call the practice directly on 020 8445 3130. If you're a first time patient it's helpful if you can bring with you the following when you come in for the appointment.

In addition to using gold standard techniques throughout the examination the appointments are spaciously booked to ensure you'll never feel rushed and we'll always have time to discuss any concerns you might have or any relevant treatment options.
Vision is one of the key senses for education and a primary sense in how we navigate the world. It's therefore easy to see how it is very important that a child is given the most optimal visual system possible to maximise their potential. Amazingly, most of a child's visual development happens by the time they're seven but visual problems in children often develop without symptoms and can start from a very young age.

At our emergency & minor eye conditions service you'll be seen by a specialist Optometrist who has taken the time and dedication to train in Ocular Therapeutics.

When the way in which we perceive the world is impaired it can lead to various outcomes for different people. It is recognised that with specific learning differences, such as dyslexia, there is a higher prevalence rate of visual anomalies.

The team at David Devan's are fantastic. Greg has worked wonders to the point that my vision has improved, this is true. My retina detached twice 4 years ago and since trying out David Devan's, Greg has really taken care of my sight. I have been going there for 3 years now and i will continue going for the rest of my life.

First visit to this independent optician and so glad I chose them. It was a pleasure to meet Greg who showed a genuine interest in me and my requirements. A full range of eye tests were completed with full explanations of each test, the reasoning behind them and the results. Appointment was made via online provider "Specsfactory.co.uk" who were offering an excellent varifocals deal. Then the receptionist assisted me with choosing the frames and completed extensive measurements. The whole experience was a pleasure. No more large chain providers for me. Fully recommended.

In this day and age to get such fantastic help is unusual
i rolled over in bed and bent my glasses, the optician I bought them from said they were unable to be repaired
I walked into this wonderful store, the lady who has been there for 15 years was so lovely, i have forgotten her name, repaired the frame cleaned the lenses and made me very welcome
I asked how much do i owe you, she spent 20 minutes helping me, she said nothing, just put a little amount in the Charity box for the blind
IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I would.
I wish i had staff that were that caring

Went for a regular eye checkup , and couldn't have gotten a better service from Greg and his team.V. experienced Optometrist who works with the latest equipment on the market. I wouldn't go anywhere after this now and actually looking forward to my next test in 2 years time which is unheard of from me!:-)
