We realise that going to the gym probably isn't top of your 'would love to do list'. It might be (in fact for some it definitely is!) but we recognise that for many it's likely to be viewed as a necessary evil. A bit like going to the dentist, only for longer and more regularly!. So we've had a good think and tried to re-imagine every aspect of how gyms do things.
I started training with Burn It about 9 years ago when I had got out of the habit of regular exercise and wanted to feel stronger and fitter. I immediately felt welcome into the Burn It community and found the Outdoor Group classes to be fun, varied, and challenging.
The trainers will always offer adaptations and feedback even in quite large group class so that whatever your level of fitness, you can access the exercises and progress at your own level.This has been crucial for me over the years as my training needs and level of fitness has varied a lot due to having had three children since I started with Burn It.

Following our successful January and June Intensity Challenge, we get ready to do it all again in September! Here is what you can achieve in just 28 days - Lose body fat, dramatic inch loss, tone up, enhanced nutrition choices, more confidence, higher energy levels, increase strength, strong immunity.
At Burn It we're changing the language of exercise and aiming to turn that "should" in to "want" through our Personal Training and Group Personal Training sessions. Here's the key: It's your time, your way. We don't need to tell you the benefits of exercise (but we can if you want, how long have you got?)
Team Training sessions take place outdoors in Blackheath and online with our live trainer led sessions. Have you ever glanced across The Heath and wondered what on Earth we're up to.? Wished you had the flexibility to train outdoors or online? It's hard to stick to a routine. We know regular gym sessions aren't for everyone, which is why consistency is the top reason stated by our members for joining our Team Training community.

I have never found another fitness company/community like this one! My needs have varied over the years: dealing with chronic back pain, training during pregnancies, trying to get back to fitness after long periods away after babies have been born... Burn It have helped me to navigate all of these stages, encouraging and motivating me all the way. Can't recommend highly enough. Especially recommend Intensity Boot Camp which is such an amazing kick-start if you're out of a regular training pattern. Thank you Burn It!!

The team at Burn It Fitness are welcoming, knowledgeable and inventive. With a range of training options available, from one to one training, small indoor group classes to outdoors there is something for everyone- I've done them all 💪💪. I moved to Blackheath from Glasgow a year ago and the Burn It community have been an integral part in allowing me to settle into a new city, new routine and achieve new fitness levels. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Been a member of Burn It for a couple of years, it’s like no other gym and I cannot stress enough how welcome they make you feel, the trainers are amazing. My favourite is the bootcamps - you meet so many people from all walks of life with the same goals in mind, the support you get to make those goals is brilliant and most importantly you can have fun whilst exercising! Highly recommend

The Fit Mums classes at BurnIt are an absolute god send after having a baby. I’ve got my core strength back and had fun in the process. Small groups and brilliant trainers make sessions feel like PT, and they cuddle the baby for you so you can keep focussed on the class! I would recommend to any mum, regardless of fitness level who wants to get their figure back or just get strong!

Just finished week 3 of mum and baby fitness and I’m already feeling the benefits. I’ve never been a diligent gym goer, but having such great trainers and a lovely small group to work out with makes it worth the effort! I’d highly recommend it to any new mums as an excellent way to get back in shape, clear your mind, and feel back in control of your own body again.

Exercising is so much fun again, great trainers who know what they are doing. Every class/PTs are always planned really well and no class is ever the same in any given week. Really relaxed environment where everyone can have a laugh and loads of fun. Whatever your ability and fitness levels you will be catered for and meet some amazing people along the way. Why not give Burnit fitness a try and see for yourself how great they are, don't take my word for it!

I cannot speak highly enough of Burn It Fitness and the team there. I joined as a complete novice to gyms and with no general fitness to speak of. They made me so welcome from day one and really invest in your personal experience.
I started out doing the 28 Intensity Bootcamp in January and while it was cold, it was excellent and really gave my fitness a much needed boost. It didn't matter how much you could do (or not!) but all the sessions were about improving your own levels.
I've now carried on with the indoor Group Personal Training sessions and almost 6 months in I'm a total convert! I

I've been going to Burn It Fitness outdoor classes for almost 2 years now and I cant imagine not going!
The trainers are so welcoming, expert and immensely helpful.
The classes vary each time and there is never anything that gets in the way - snow, wind, rain and sun! Mud, sand and horseflies! We train in it all and it is so much fun!
The other members are also welcoming, friendly and supportive and I have made some great friends.
I have also done 3 28 day intensity boot camps - so much fun, hard work, but ultimately very satisfying and they change you!

Burn It Fitness are ace! Their Bootcamps are super well organised and well thought through and everyone who puts in the effort achieves incredible results. Their group PT and general outdoor classes are also great- the trainers really take the time to listen to what you enjoy/ don't enjoy and they push you to achieve results but in a very supportive way. This is also a great way to make friends and meet new people who like fitness but also want to have fun. As someone who never liked exercise, Burn It have helped me love it, which was no easy task.

Joined Burn it fitness when me and my husband returned to London after a long stint overseas. As Burn it was on our doorstop we decided to join and absolutely loved it. Staff are professional, there is a real sense of family and burn it community. Training was excellent, and my favourite was Chanel.
Had to stop for health reasons but am planning to re-join soon.
A great place to get really fit, irrespective of your level, meet some lovely people and make friends.
Definitely worth joining.

Been doing PT with Burn It Fitness for over a year, they create an extremely friendly, yet motivating environment. Focused on getting you to your goals at the right pace for you.
It is always challenging and hard work, but I would highly recommend Burn It Fitness Personal Training to anyone interested in undertaking the challenge.

Having a 2 month old baby working out is usually furthest from you let mind. However, Vibha was great in booking in a trial session and lock in future bookings for me. I tried it for a month and now I'm hooked!
Sara, Louise and their team genuinely care about supporting you and helping you to getting fit and feel great. The trainers are friendly and supportive; pushing you to try harder.

As a guy who pushes limits in competitive events, expeditions and travelling I'm able to selectively choose which class type suits my requirements i.e. running, power, cardio, etc. Class times are also very good fit with my busy schedule. With all the trainers having expertise beyond mine they are an excellent source to quickly get where you need. In my experience of other fitness companies, pricing is slightly on the higher side but results are quick and tangible utilising all benefits membership has to offer. Highly recommend BurnIt. They moved me from loathing formal fitness to looking forward to a 6am class come sunshine or hail; from being able to walk anywhere but not run around the block to regular 10kms plus the odd half marathon. The outdoor classes are fantastic, varied and with a really good team spirit (tough, competitive but fun). Recently I've added the small group PT sessions indoors and can really feel the difference.
