Lovely reception, staff were very helpful. Didnt mind us changing rooms to get a better view of the garden and booked all our taxis for us. The barman was a true gentleman as he had limited amount of ice but still gave us some to take back to our room. The garden and vineyard is very charming and looked after very well.
The hotel is located between two of my favourite places, Bradford on Avon and The Longs Arms in South Wraxall so ill be more than happy to stay again

One of my family had a wedding here and I stayed in one of the rooms because I came from Birmingham! I didn’t sleep at all there was bugs in my bed and the room was much to hot. When I told the lady at the reception how I didn’t sleep the night before she just said she will make a note of it I was offered no money back.. now with a room Costing £110 a night with out breakfast I was expecting a lot more than I got and certainly a good night sleep… never again!

We had

Lovely setting. On arrival the lady on the front desk was quite rude. We stayed in the coach house which was clean but did have an unpleasant smell everytime you entered. We had to keep window open and spray perfume when we were there. I must say the breakfast was gorgeous buffet style but nice variety and something to suit anyone.
