He continues to lead and collaborate with a team of practitioners working out of the rooms at City Spring. Acupuncture practised in its traditional format, with an appreciation of the complexities of life and the struggles we all under go is what City Spring is about.

Services
Acupuncture is about restoring balance as it focuses on wellness as much as the absence of disease or symptoms. It works towards your optimal physical and emotional health as it engages your body's natural capacity for healing. This makes it suitable for a broad range of health conditions and people of all ages.
When you can't get on with life because of pain and discomfort acupuncture can make a world of difference. Patients seeking acupuncture for coping with pain make up a significant percentage of people visiting City Spring. More and more research shows that acupuncture remains a relevant option when it comes to finding relief from pain in many of its guises.
In fact acupuncture is one of the most popular therapeutic ways of boosting health for your fertility and coping during what can be a difficult time. With one in six couples experiencing fertility issues and growing evidence that acupuncture can help during this time it makes sense to investigate acupuncture's benefits.
We offer discounted treatments to a very limited amount of patients who would struggle to pay full treatment prices. If patients cannot afford treatments at the standard rate and would not be able to come for treatments because of this we can offer treatments with a sliding scale from 20 to the full price.

I have had several accupuncture appointments with Jon now and have always felt deeply relaxed and in very safe and trusting hands during the session and afterwards usually feel very peaceful. I would highly reccommend having consecutive weekly appointments for consistency as when I have had consistent weekly appointments this is where I have observed a progressive rebalancing in my mind and body

Acupuncture Birmingham City Spring Clinic
Having tried numerous treatments and remedies, I was recommended the services of City Spring Acupuncture.
I was pleasantly surprised and grateful at not only the level of expertise and service but also the professionalism of the practitioners (John) and the support team.
I would strongly recommend the services of City Spring Acupuncture, I have so much faith in the team that I now book in regularly for treatment.
Thank you City Spring

They are moving to new premises so I can't comment on these just yet but the acupuncture is wonderful and the room is always welcoming and scrupulously clean. Prices vary depending on treatment but it's good value for money- I paid £45 to relieve my neck and shoulder pain but have continued to get help with my mental health, hormone balancing and general wellbeing.
Having had a really bad experience with a physio acupuncturist I cautiously approached this practice as it offered traditional five elements acupuncture as well as western symptom relief. Jon is an extremely well trained
