Robin is a qualified lawyer who operates from South Manchester and Staffordshire as a Notary Public. He has been a solicitor for 13 years and a Notary Public for over 9 years and has in this time successfully provided a full range of commercial and private documentation services to individuals and corporations.
Robin provides full Notary services to individuals and businesses. For individuals, before any work can be undertaken, Robin needs to see full photographic ID such as a passport or a driving licence, as well as proof of address. He also needs to see all the documentation he will be working on before your appointment.
Organisations who are engaged in international trade must have documents that have been authenticated for use in foreign countries. Robin has a wealth of demonstrable experience in resolving complex commercial Notary issues and can provide guidance on how to ensure that your paperwork is compliant with the law.
Individuals who work, live abroad or endeavour to do so will have to liaise with foreign authorities on a regular basis in order to authorise their move. My present hourly rate of 300 per hour. My standard minimum fee is 90. I reserve the right to vary the rate in matters of particular urgency or if it necessitates a visit or appointment out of office or usual business hours. In straightforward matters, we will normally agree a fee before I undertake any action on your behalf.

We utilized the express service to get 14 separate documents notarized along with apostille stamps. The team are incredibly responsive. They communicate clearly over email, with very fast responses. As we were in the US during the process of notarizing our documents, the verification was done over zoom. We needed to move the zoom meeting at the last minute due to some travel problems, and the team were quick to reschedule without any issues. Ultimately the service is exactly as advertised. I have been anxious over getting documents Notarised and from the online chat, to the speedy appointment booking and the friendly staff they made my experience a lot less stressful! They were so helpful that they printed my document too and they offer courier services which ends up being cheaper!

Needed a document certified and the staff was responsive and very helpful throughout the process, from the initial contact right through to the end, they were extremely professional, helpful, and considerate! I arrived much earlier than expected and was ready to wait until my appointment time, but they were able to accommodate me sooner, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and couldn't have asked for a better service.

Very happy with the service I received. Normally in my country we just get police to sign affidavit. So this was all new to me. Everyone I spoke to in this company via email, telephone and in person were so helpful and they all knew their stuff. They all were so friendly and helpful and even though I arrived early, they let me do my appointment earlier. And they were so quick to get my document back to me all stamped and official with a cover letter even. What a smooth and lovely experience. Things have been so complicated for me in the UK since I arrived, but this process was so easy and simple
