Attesting, i.e. notarising, powers of Attorney, (including drawing them up if necessary) for use throughout the world, the most frequent requests relating to Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, Canada, USA, South America, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, China Switzerland, Israel and the Arabian countries.
It is necessary to see the document to be notarised. If possible forward it by e-mail before any meeting so that any special requirements can be considered. An electronic copy also makes it easier to make any necessary amendments. It is essential that any execution/signature of document takes place in my presence so please do not sign, or have it witnessed, before I see it.
The cost of notorial services is based upon time spent at the rate of 250 per hour, with a minimum fee of 100 with the right to vary the rate in respect of work carried out urgently or at weekend at your request, in which case an uplift percentage will apply to charges but not disbursement( expenses incurred on your behalf.).

If we are unable to resolve the matter you may then complain to the Notaries Society of which I am a member, who have a Complaints Procedure which is approved by the Faculty Office. This procedure is free to use and is designed to provide a quick resolution to any dispute.

Terrible. states that willing will travel at no costs to areas close by (on website) which I am in, states right of the bat I need to travel to him. In quite a rude tone. And then when I say I have access to a car only some of the days, but that I will make a plan, I just need the location I need to travel to I get dismissed (again, rudely). Clearly doesn't want business, so I just hung up
