I am able to offer a full notarial service for a wide range of documents required for use throughout the world for both individual and commercial clients. Notarising foreign Wills and witnessing documents associated with administering estates abroad. Certifying Companies House documentation for companies (including Certificates of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificates of Good Standing).

In order for me to confirm my ability to act, any specific requirements and my anticipated costs and disbursements, I will need to see the documentation. I therefore request that you send this to me by email. Often such documentation requires amendments, including the addition of my details, and this will sometimes necessitate me corresponding with your advisers overseas.

Where possible, I will quote a fixed fee for the service that you require before I undertake any work. If the extent of the work required is difficult to estimate, I will charge based upon the time spent on the matter at an hourly rate communicated to you before you decide to instruct me.

In addition to my professional costs, disbursements will sometimes be payable to third parties (for example, FCO Apostille fees, consular legalisation fees, consular agent fees, international postage, couriers, translators etc).I will inform you before incurring these fees on your behalf. Payment of disbursements is required before I incur the charges.
