Notarial services Report

Confirming the good standing of a company and/or the status of its officers or key employees. Attest (or witness) the execution/signing of documents such as powers of attorney, application forms, letters, wills, declarations or statements. Verify and certify original or copy documents such as academic qualifications, criminal records checks, passports, etc.

Regulation & Fees Report

Along with all notaries in England & Wales, I am regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. For straightforward matters, I am usually able to charge a fixed fee which I will agree with you in advance. However, this isn't always possible for more complex matters and in these cases fees will be based on the time spent dealing with your matter.

I practise from offices in central Liverpool and central Manchester - both of which have excellent public transport links - together with my home office in Southport. If you are not able to attend at one of my offices, then please ask about an appointment at your home or place of work. I can usually see clients within 24 hours of first contact and appointments outside normal working hours are also available by prior arrangement.
