Can't fault the service I received from PJ Rhodes. From start to finish it was a pleasant transaction. I sent them direct feedback in more detail. I hope they've included it on their website. They even had the car ready in less than the estimated time. Not the first time I've had to use them, have done so now through insurance and privately and can't complain. They do what they say they're going to do and will call you and check anything if they need to.

These guys are amazing! I had a brand new Merc from the show room and barely 3 months later some poor excuse of a driver scratched it. No doubt a costly job given the work involved but between my insurers and PJ Rhodes it was swiftly arranged for collection, repair and return. 2 days turnaround and they even valeted it for me. Phonecalls kept me updated plus a nice email in between letting me know what work was being done. The tin of sweets inside the car was a nice finishing touch. Excellent customer service. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't prefer to go anywhere else.

After someone reversing into me. This garage helped me get my car back into it's original shape. The staff were very courteous,polite and kind. They were good at keeping me updated. The gentleman that come to pick the car up was very friendly and had a lovely smile and made me feel at ease straightaway. On return of my car it came washed and cleaned and even had a tin of sweets. Excellent service and keep up the good work. It was my Insurance company that is linked to you but I was so please I would use you again. Thanks for a fabulous service.

Having been hit by an uninsured driver, in September my car was allocated to PJ Rhodes body workshop, by my insurers. Although I wasn't happy with it when it came back. They soon rectified it as soon as possible.
Their driver Luis who picks and delivers the vehicles to your home or work place is the most polite and well mannered person, he is an asset to the company.

In 2011 my car was involved in a major car accident.
It was taken to PJ rhodes. After an assessment they seemed to think it was safe to fix the car.
They told me to would take 6 weeks max.
4 months later I was still waiting for my car after been told one thing after another it was finally ready to be collected. This is when the issues started.
-car didn't drive in a straight line.
-car didn't damper at all
-crease down the side of the car
I told them I didn't feel that car was safe. They inspected the car and loosened all the suspension and left the car to sit on it own

This review requires a little background first. At the end of January I was involved in a minor argument with another driver, unfortunately he had a tow bar on the back of his car and I inevitably lost.
After the usual insurance based calls I took my car here for an estimate and then again to get the work done. I was quoted 5 working days, not an issue as I had arranged a hire car through my fleet department.
