Mark taught me how to manage my jockey wheel properly - effectively a Master Class. He also repaired damaged locking plate and refitted my jockey wheel.
Mark has serviced our caravan for us and helped us on a couple of occasions while we have been learning the finer points of managing the caravan.
He is a star; always professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, convenient ( he comes to us) and a really nice person. His work is always well priced. We shall continue to ask him to service and support our caravanning adventures and we are happy to recommend him unreservedly. You will not find

Yet another great service from Mark & Tom. It’s not difficult to recommend these guys - they always do an excellent job, friendly, smart, knowledgable. And excellent value for money. Covid safe procedures were well thought out and executed. Plus as a bonus I always learn something about the caravan from Mark, he is very patient!! 100% happy customer.

Fantastic. Mark thoroughly checked my motorhome and produced a detailed report. He identified problems that I wasn't aware of and helped me by explaining the set up and appliances in our new motorhome. Price was as quoted and very reasonable for the level of service, knowledge and expertise that you get. Will book again for 12 months time.

Mark and Tom arrived to do the annual service on our Coachman VIP 575. As with the previous years service they were very thorough and explained what they would do during the service. It is so much more convenient having the service done on site rather than having to take the caravan to a dealership. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cara-Fix Midlands Ltd and I have already booked our service in for 2021.

Used cara-fix today for the first time, what can I say,what a great service and well recommended.. I had to call on there service's again when my gas failed, Mark was very prompt on calling me back and diagnosed a faulty regulator over the phone, I fitted a new one and a presto gas was back up and running, great job.

Fantastic service. Even came back the following day at the drop of a hat when something unrelated went awry... definitely made regular customers out of us! At no point did they make us feel stupid for what was essentially a rookie error on our part! Oh, and beat main dealer by over half their asking price! Thank you, Mark!
