Very good service yesterday from Paul who made me welcome and showed me the caravan and with me been new to the towing scene and becoming a caravaner helped me vastly .would recommend Paul highly and West Midlands caravans . Even gave me.a nose lock.and q clamp.and even came with a battery showed me all working will be certainly go back there in the future . Bought several caravans over the last few years from west midlands .always had good experience no pushy sales just look around at your leisure .Very friendly helpful staff. always good part exchange deals .after sales service is really good . recommended friends over the years who have bought vans from them. if considering buying tourer or motor home would highly recommend.

Great place to deal with very helpful and after sales is very good. No pressure on looking around the caravans and motorhomes no hard sales left to your own to look around. After sales is really good. Jon really does go out his way to get any think sorted. I have bought 3 from here and would recommend anyone to buy from them.

*WARNING* Be very vigilant if buying from here. We have had a terrible experience buying our first caravan. Our first night away we smelt gas so booked a service. This bought to light a multiple of issues including 2 x gas leaks and not just damp but wet rot, readings of 60 in some places. The report when we bought it showed a very different picture and they had assured us the damp check that they had done shown no damp at all. Very quick to refund once exposed with no apology from Tony the owner and no explanation as to why there was a false report given to us and why we had been lied to. An immoral
