What a arrogant rude man that answered the phone he didn’t want to help in anyway. I needed poles for my awning he kept asking questions which I answered he knew what I needed but kept saying its one of 3 I explained in detail I then said your not very helpful for a fiamma dealer he then said if I don’t like it go elsewhere and put the phone down. Unbelievable we’ve been dealing with fiamma awnings for over 40 yrs now on different campers and I can’t believe he’s a fiamma shop never had anyone as rude. I definitely won’t bother ringing them again absolute idiot.

This is a home based business and not a 'sporting goods store' as listed. Do not drive here expecting a store with demo models etc as it is a residential address. I did meet the owner however and he gave me some good advice on my van and options (which unfortunately were not a fiamma awning it transpired). Knows his stuff and is definitely legitimate, just a shame it is not clearer as I could have saved a good bit of fuel and just phoned him!

I can't believe that you have got in touch asking why I left a 1 star review. So here you go.... I saw something advertised on your website and noticed that you were local. I then called to ask if the items were in stock & if I could collect, to which the answer was yes to both. I asked if I was to buy 2 of the product (£27 each) if you would accept £50 cash on collection (saving me £4), to which you answered No. Fair enough I thought, if you don't ask, you don't get. So I agreed to pay the full price and collect the items, you then explained that you were out with a customer all day. You said

Honestly I was a bit worried when everything fiamma couldn't give me tracking details for my fiamma cycle carrier delivery. But everything was perfect and delivered nice and early in the day so I could relax and get on to installing it. Appreciate the friendly manner on the phone despite all my questions.
