Well purchased about 5 weeks ago and 1st outing with no hookup at stoneleigh motor home show it became apparent that leisure batteries were faulty. Phone call to Signature at 8.30 and by 11.45 engineer on site with two new batteries and all fitted and left working. Excellent service which you would struggle to compare anywhere. Thanks very much one happy customer.!!!

Excellent service .managed to source and fit window in our RV in 2 weeks . 11 weeks down the line auto glass still looking! Will use this company every time from now on. They also mot our RV at the same time so double bonus. Excellent service. Ross kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot praise them enough.

Where do you start when everything you have to say is so positive........... Mmmmmmmmm If you are looking to live the dream and own a beautiful RV and you do not want it to turn into a nightmare, then visit these guys without a doubt.
I hate poor sales tactics and pushy salespeople. I like to enjoy spending my money weather that be for a couple of pound item or an extravagant spend. I was very clear as to what our needs were and although hoped for the best expected the wheels to fall off at some point spoiling the experience of spending our hard earned money.

Called into this dealership with views to changing my RV . I looked around at the selection of used RVs or a large European after browsing on the internet, there were two that I particularly liked. Because I had been renovating my house I looked like Id stepped off a building site but wanted to get to Signature before they close . I arrived at 10am on a Saturday morning travelling from Shropshire . I was left to wonder around until I went and asked in the office for help I was greeted by who said he was the owner Steve Ruston. We cannot express strongly enough how impressed we have been with the service provided by Signature, in particular yourself and Ross. The service we received from you during our visit to view made all the difference and was an important factor in us buying Merlin. Just as important has been the after sales service which cannot be faulted.
In our search to find a replacement we visited many dealers, some good and some not so good, but none gave us the service and confidence provided by yourselves. We hope to visit for servicing etc. in the next year.

Never ever have I experienced such terrible customer after service. Shiny exterior image with no solidity or back up after my wife and I spent over £140000 purchasing an 18 month old RV to travel Europe, the problems we have had with Ross (Director) who doesn't care at all as soon as he has taken your cash and got the vehicle of the forecourt. Repairs are quick fixes and existing problems are masked over. Staff are encouraged to do this it's no wonder they leave to work elsewhere Dave the salesmen is a genuine decent chap who deserves to work somewhere with more integrity. Thanks Dave for your
