Services
Initially there would be a FREE consultation where we'll discuss your current lifestyle, how you would like to change it and how personal training can help. What are your goals, what are your likes, dislikes, do you have any particular requirements? When you're happy to go ahead I'll design a personalised training plan that will help you to get fit, lose weight and feel great.

When I first started my fitness journey I wanted to achieve a toned body and improve my health. In the time I trained with Tim, I managed to achieve my goals, improve my fitness, tone my body, as well as increase my energy levels and feel good in general. His workout regimes were tailored to my needs.

Don’t be put off by the name. Tim is far from idle as we have discovered during the last few months.
Tim is an extremely easy going and reliable trainer. My son and I wanted to find a way to train together but could never agree a strategy. Thanks to my wife finding Tim on the internet, we have now been happily training for the last 6 months under Tim’s expert guidance. He is very professional and I’d happily recommend him.

Tim has been working with me for a few of weeks now and I can already see a difference in my fitness levels and muscle strength! He's patient (with my lack of coordination in particular), understands what I'm trying to achieve and knows how hard to work me; I always feel I've been pushed to my limits without feeling out of my depth, he gets the balance just right. I have been working with Tim for just over a month & have been surprised how much I have enjoyed it. My plan is 'made to measure' & I have never felt anxious or overfaced. Tim has an easy going, relaxed approach which still brings results. My fitness level has increased quickly and it's so much better than going to a gym.
