We tailor my programmes to each individual client meaning you can achieve the results you actually want & deserve. Everyone has different goals and a different genetic make up meaning that any training and nutrition programme needs to be individualised. This is what we specialise in, creating individual programmes aimed at achieving fantastic results.

The studio is not a traditional gym or personal training studio with multiple trainers and there are no distractions in the studio. So you can concentrate solely on YOUR personal training session. I have over 15 years experience working as a personal trainer in Leeds at the forefront of the fitness industry. This experience has given me the skills to build up an excellent reputation as a fat loss and fitness expert that is backed up by my client list and the excellent results they have achieved over the years.
I'm Patrick Hargrave founder & owner of Core Fitness Personal Training. Having opened my own exclusive private PT studio, where I specialise in fat loss & body transformations for everyday people, I've developed Core Fitness Online Personal Training. Years in the field and 100's of successful transformations has enabled me to create one of the fastest, most effective online personal training fat loss systems around.

I've been training with Patrick for 2 years. I truly cannot speak highly enough about Patrick at Core Fitness. I joined nearly a year ago as I was getting concerned about my weight and physical fitness. Within six months of working with Patrick I had lost a significant amount of weight, looked better, was eating better and feeling better that I have ever felt. I am now participating in regular sporting events and much more aware of how to exercise and eat correctly.
