We help women and men achieve their health and fitness goals through customised nutrition and fitness programmes. A friend of mine did the 6 week challenge with Tone Fitness and boy does she look amazing so I decided after getting to my heaviest weight ever that I’d give it a go myself and I’m so glad I did , I’m 4 weeks in now and am so much fitter than my first gym session here plus I’ve lost 15 lbs so far with 2 weeks of the challenge left . If I can do this challenge at a start weight of 20st 10 lbs then I’m sure anyone can , the instructors are amazing and push you to your limits, but it’s an absolute buzz when the sessions over and yr dripping in sweat but feel on top of the world so go for

I am currently on the six week challenge at the end of week four, I couldn't be happier. I've lost weight, I'm well on track for my body fat % challenge and am generally feeling stronger and fitter already. The instructors are all great and every single workout session is different. I may be a bit strange but I'm thoroughly enjoying the diet plan too. Its so good to not put any rubbish in my body and to know that what I'm eating is fuelling me with what I need to loose fat and gain muscle. If you're on the fence about this, I'd say go for it. There's nothing to loose, only weight.

I am at week 4 of the 6 week challenge. I have learnt how to eat a new (healthier) way & I also enjoy the exercise classes very much. It is an informal atmosphere at the classes, you don't feel judged, just encouraged to do the best you can. All of the trainers are great and on the odd occasion when I have had to change a session they are very helpful. I have changed shape in the last 4 weeks and am already down a dress size.

Just finished my 4th week of the six week challenge and I am loving it ! I was nervous about starting but I am so happy I did. The workouts are hard but the team are fantastic and so supportive. The meal planning was tricky at first but it has got easier.

I am three and half weeks into the six week challenge and I am delighted by the results. The diet is certainly strict and tricky to begin with but, once you get used to it, it is perfectly manageable. You are never hungry and, even if you do find it hard, you feel and look better so quickly that it is all worthwhile!
The training sessions are non-threatening and it is great to be surrounded by women all giving their best and enjoying (after a fashion!) getting fit.

This has been the kickstart I needed.
Helpful, friendly, individual workouts in a boot camp style..each and every workout is different with a range of fabulous instructors who will offer support and motivation. Tailored to offer you the most from each session, you will sweat and feel the burn, but you know that it’s all worth it. I’m a stone and a half down in 6weeks, feel utterly amazing, friends have commented on my new zest for life - thank you to all at Tone Fitness who’ve made it possible again.

If you want to kick start your fitness & weight loss the 6 week challenge is amazing. I’m surprised how quickly my fitness has improved in just 4 weeks. The PTs are all welcoming and encourage you to work hard to get the results you want, very motivating. I feel so much healthier following the eating plan and have found it easier than I thought I would. I’m only a few pounds away from my target weight with 2 more weeks left. The training sessions are never the same so no chance of getting bored. Would definitely recommend the 6 week challenge. 🤩

I joined Tone fitness 6 weeks before my holiday as I wanted to loss a few pounds. Little did I know that the trainers are so dedicated to get you to were you want to be. Planning ahead with your food is key. They work you hard and you get the results. Great concept. I'm not keen on the gym and now I know why, I never tried hard enough so no results. Tone fitness is not like that, they give the tools and help guide and encourage you to do well. They are with you 110% along the way. It is all the support and encouragement you need. Thank you.

This 6 week challenge has given me to motivation and will power I have been looking for the last 2 years. Friendly trainers who cater for all levels. Not intimidating at all. I have been surprised at how much I enjoy the workouts! Wish I'd done it sooner! 23lbs lost in 6 weeks!
