If you're looking for an experienced Personal Trainer in Bournemouth and Poole, you have come to the right place! My name is Naomi, and I own and manage Fitbitz Personal Training. Whether you are new to training or an old hand, my job is to train you, to support you, and to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

I appreciate goals can be very varied. That's why I offer personalised programs. Perhaps you want to lose weight? Or are looking to build up muscle? Or perhaps you're training for an event or simply wish to improve your overall health? Based on my experience you are far more likely to achieve your goals with a trainer.

As a youngster, sport and exercise were most definitely not my favourite activities and it was only as I hit my late twenties that I began to take much more of an interest. Gym memberships came and went and I tried many a time to 'get into running' but found it hard and demoralising, and could never stick with it for longer than about a week.
Right from the start, your routine will be personalised for you and will take into account your goals, personal circumstances and what you do and don't like when it comes to exercising. There is no 'one size fits all' solution. I can promise you that all sessions and plans will be based on realism - realistic goals, realistic programmes and realistic results.
2 Free Sessions, 12 sessions for the price of 10 when purchased as a block. Offer is for 1 hour sessions only and is not available for the 30 minute Express sessions. Everyone loves a freebie! A meeting to discuss your goals, carry out a few basic health tests and complete necessary paperwork, which is required prior to your first Personal Training session.
I am a level 3 fully qualified Personal Trainer with several years of knowledge and experience training people of all levels of fitness. Please see my testimonials from my happy clients. My strength and experience lies within training clients in the comfort of their own home, outdoors or in the gym.
Following the birth of my second child I booked a block of sessions with Naomi to help me return to my pre-pregnancy fitness. After an initial informative consultation, Naomi put together a varied and suitably challenging programme. With her motivation and support I completed each of the workouts and I was amazed at what I could achieve!

I have been training with Naomi for a few years now. I am a wheelchair user and I like to challenge myself, which Naomi has always been there to encourage me and change my training to wherever I need to be working on. I have cycled John O'Groats to Lands End, and I am currently working my way up to running a marathon. Naomi has been great keeping me motivated with training and nutrition. I would recommend Naomi to anyone, as I haven't failed any of my challenges.
