Ravilious

Ravilious Hotel is a warm welcoming gem by the seaside in a very centralised location within the iconic town of Eastbourne.
Run and kept by magnificent and welcoming owners, Ravilious boasts a very modern, home from home feel. A variety of rooms, each with their own character and quirks, give them their warm and homely feel. All of which have an amazing view of the town.
One of the rooms that me and my partner have taken a liking to has a very spacious bay window with a very luxurious free standing bath. The view from this room overlooks nearby landmarks such as Devonshire Park Tennis courts

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, better hospitality or food while visiting Eastbourne. Chris and Caroline were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure the stay was as comfortable and accommodating as possible allowing me to pre order breakfast to be away early, Breakfast was stunning and probably the best breakfast I've had while staying away for such a long time.
The hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to access all the main amenities but set back so its lovely and quiet. My room had everything that I needed while I was away, was clean, warm and comfortable

Perfect in ever way. Owners, breakfast, rooms. You cannot fault anything, so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was spot on, having a beer after being out for the day was lovely in courtyard garden. Rooms clean bright and modern. Would defietely recommed this hotel.

What a gem of a find. We only stayed one night but wow what amazing attentive hosts Caroline and Chris are, a truly family affair. Nothing was too much trouble, the accommodation is 5 star, the breakfast superb and the location is excellent. We will be back.

Very clean, welcoming and homely hotel. Brilliantly position for promenade, bars and restaurants. Train station only 7 minutes walk away. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Ravilious is a very special place. We have just returned from our second visit and it was just as good if not better than before. Chris and Caroline are amazing hosts and welcomed us back as if they'd just seen us yesterday! The hotel is very stylish and spotlessly clean, breakfast is to die for and kept us going all day.
Chris and Caroline offer lots of ideas for daytime activities and meals out in the evening all of which were greatly appreciated.
I cannot rate Ravilious highly enough, if there were 6 stars I'd give them even though they said I remind them of Ricky Gervais!

We have just returned from a 2-night stay in Eastbourne, which is one of the loveliest seaside towns we have visited. It is smart, clean, sophisticated and extremely well cared for. There is so much to see and do that we really needed to stay longer. Indeed we would have done so as we have found the most perfect hotel but sadly it was fully booked out, which is not surprising. The Ravillious is amazing and like Eastbourne it is smart, clean, sophisticated and extremely well cared for. The owners are two of the nicest people we have ever stayed with and it felt as though we were staying with friends
