Services
At Kelvin Grove Primary School, our history curriculum enables pupils to develop better understanding of the world in which we live. Building knowledge and understanding of historical events and trends enables them to develop a much greater appreciation for current events today and feel a sense of belonging where they fit into our world.
We take pride in our uniform and ask all parents to support the school by sending children with the correct uniform every day. Please see details below. Sweatshirts and PE t-shirts with the school logo are available to order from the school office or online with SIMS Agora, but they are not compulsory.
Our menus are carefully developed to appeal to children and provide the perfect balance of essential nutrients - and to offer them the chance to try a few dishes they may not have tried before. Every morning, your child can choose from three main meal options; meat or fish, vegetarian or jacket potato and a choice of tasty fillings.
We collect and use pupil information under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and "Article 6" and "Article 9"of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Article 6 (GDPR) condition: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject. Article 9 (GDPR) condition: For substantial public interest on legal basis.
