When you love your child so much you could burst, isn't it easy to fall into the trap of doing everything for them? Thriving through uncertainty: how do you cope? 2020 & 2021 - the years that changed our lives more than we could have anticipated. Thrive Coach and co-author of the Cure your Vaginismus and Thrive book, Cara Ostryn, discusses five common misconceptions about sexual pain and anxiety: Vaginismus is a sexual problem affecting women.
One of the most-rewarding parts of the work I do as a licensed Thrive Programme Coach is helping clients overcome a severe phobia of vomiting known as emetophobia. Back in the 1970s when I was growing up, before the era of touch screens and computer games, Weebles were all the rage. When I am working with clients to help them thrive, one of the many areas that we work on is self-compassion.

If you are reading this, it is likely that you or your partner are struggling with vaginismus. The good news is that with effective, targeted help, vaginismus CAN be cured. Vaginismus (also known as vaginism) is a sexual problem affecting women, which can also have a secondary impact on a sexual partner.
With this in mind, I offer the life-changing Thrive For Teenagers Programme for young people aged 11 upwards. Like the adult Thrive programme, the one-to-one sessions with me are supported by a Thrive For Teenagers manual, written by Rob Kelly with the specific aim of supporting teenagers to live happy, confident, positive lives.
This is a research-backed, evidence-based programme which will support you in both overcoming emetophobia (the fear of being sick and/or of vomit) and learning the skills to thoroughly make the most of your life. I offer a programme for adults and a separate programme for young people aged 11-18. Please note both programmes are not therapy and do not involve exposure therapy.

I cannot recommend Victoria and her program enough. I am one of those individuals who had a major fear of flying and was able to avoid it most of my life. Then my husband had a very special work trip that I needed to attend that was across the country. I didn't know what to do as the thought of flying absolutely terrified me, but I didn't want to miss out on my husband's accomplishments either. Then along came Victoria and her program. Not only was I able to get on that plane with her help, but through the program I was able to understand how other parts of my life were driven by fears and anxiety
