We have been successful Tender winners for Lancashire County Council framework covering the Pendle and Rossendale areas.
We cover the whole of East Lancashire for Domiciliary Health Care. Pride Community Care Ltd are commissioned under the Health and Social Act 2008 and are registered with CQC to provide personal care for individuals living in their own homes. We welcome private care packages and care packages on the direct payment individual budgets.

Services
Pride Community Care Ltd aim to provide the highest quality of care for all individuals living independently in the community. We provide support with all aspects of daily living; Personal care, meal preparation, medication compliance, social interaction and we strive to offer a flexible, efficient and professional service which is tailored to meet each individuals needs.
We take great Pride in our team of Support Workers and the personal care and attention they provide to all our clients. All staff are chosen with the utmost care including DBS (disclosure and barring service) checked, have achieved a minimum Care Certificate (working towards Level 3 in Health and Social) and undertake regular training and appraisals to provide on-going development and support.
I wanted to say thank you to Pride Care, as you did give him the best opportunity to stay in his own home. You are a fantastic team. To Amanda and all the team. Thank you so much for taking good care of my Mum over the last 10 years. You have all done a remarkable job and I know my Mum loved every visit, taking her shopping and to appointments and to clubs.
