Services
Initially designed as a 1.5 form entry school, Primrose Hill has grown rapidly in recent years and is now a busy two-form entry school. Together, we have created a happy and vibrant school with equal opportunities for all. A school where every individual is celebrated and highly valued and where care, concern and ambition for each other is central to our work.
At Primrose Hill, children are taught History every term as a stand alone lesson. Children are taught about the many events and people from the past such as Ancient Egyptians, the Victorians and the Maya. We also aim to link our history curriculum to our local area. We have many amazing places around us that are steeped in history.
Our modern school building is filled with wonderful children and staff. We believe that a desire for life long learning starts with a good experience at school. We support our children to be the best that they can be and for them to aspire to have a long, purposeful and fulfilled life. We believe in working in partnership with families so that our children can achieve their full potential.
If your child is wearing an old red jumper or sweatshirt please buy the school one when you replace it. Shoes should be appropriate for school. Trainers should be dark and have no significant branding. Wellies are not suitable for everyday wear unless we have snow, ice or heavy rain. As shoes wear out please replace old shoes with ones suitable for school in dark colours - black, brown, navy or grey.
This document also compares our performance to national averages and also to our previous scores.
