Did the job very well for an overnight stay. Clean room and a great breakfast. Try the haggis instead of black pudding.

Stayed here for work reasons for 3 nights over a week. Its I a good location near dumfries train station and has some parking at the front of the building. The rooms are clean but inwas unfortunate to be staying over during a function and also had noisy neighbours one night. The first night I was in room 3 which had a single bed and a small sink in the corner, TV, desk and chair, a kettle with plenty coffee/tea, and an ironing board.
The bathroom linked to this is along the hall. It is locked for that room's key but you need to pass by other doors to use it.
The second 2 nights I was in a double

It was very nice, friendly and familiar.
The breakfast was yummy and tradititonal, with a big choice of food and drink, as well as muesli.
