The dining room caters for over 150 customers at any one time and provides enough space for us to present you with live bands playing great music on our very popular live music nights. During lunch service in the afternoons the restaurant is beautifully lit with soft daylight, which floods into the dining room through the large arched windows and patio doors which lead out onto our sunny raised terrace.

Services
My chefs have come from different regions of Italy, bringing a true diversity to the menu. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that all the ingredients we use are from either Italy or locally produced, and whenever possible, in season. In that way, we have created fresh dishes that tantalise your palate and leave you with a memorable dining experience.
Live music played by both bands and solo artists, have become very popular events in our restaurant and our Tribute Dinner Shows are a fun and relaxing evening with great food on offer followed by fabulous entertainment. Following the lifting of the pandemic restrictions, we are excited to confirm the return of Dominic Halpin this month.
Welcome to our Italian Ice Cream Parlour where we produce all our own fantastic Italian Ice creams. We are forever experimenting with fantastic new Ice Cream flavours and here are a couple of our favourite new creations. Runners up numbers 0587 & 0583 will also both be printed this week and available for collection on Sunday, along with a free Ice Cream each too!

Average at best in my opinion. Very nice place and good size portions but not the most authentic tasting Italian food. The tomato sauce with my Calzone tasted like cream of tomato soup and there was far too much of it. The service was disjointed, staff leaning across people to serve / take plates away.

I attended with friends for a "Tribute act/meal ". The service, mainly by very young, inexperienced staff, was at best awful. The plates were literally thrown across the table and when making a request we were grunted at. The food was very poor and four out the main meals were not eaten. When this was brought to the Managers attention, they were hostile and aggressive. I had a tray of drinks spilt all over a brand new outfit. The Manager came over and said "Bring it in I'll have it laundered. When I explained that it would cost me more in fuel to make the journey 4 times to drop off and then collect

Terrible NYE Experience
Came here for New Years Eve for an 8pm sitting, expecting a nice meal and entertainment. We paid a deposit and pre ordered food expecting things would go smoothly.
After sitting down at 8pm you wouldn’t be able to tell it was New Year’s Eve due to no decorations on the table, it felt like an ordinary night. When ordering drinks we were then told there was no draft beer available and only bottles left, we ordered our drinks expecting starters to arrive promptly.
After waiting 45 minutes for starters and people who arrived after us being served before us, I went to

Experience was poor. The food is very good bur the service is terrible as in super slow and the manager ignored us throughout the service. The servers are young, helpful and friendly. The manager was truly awful - not a word about the 45 minutes between ordering drinks and drinks arriving + the hour between stater and pizza. Really quite unbelievable. We would not return.

After a day at York race's we decided to call at Sant' Angelo in Wetherby.
This turned into a wonderful experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We decided on a table in the conservatory which was very clean and relaxing.
We started with a shared starter followed by pizzas which where excellent.
We will be back as soon as possible for another visit and excellent service.

One of the best Italians around. This Italian does some of the nicest food around Wetherby. If you eat in or takeaway the quality of food is fantastic. It is very reasonably priced too.
The range on the menu is very broad but still has true Italian feel. The choice of drink if that’s alcoholic or soft is really good. Sant’ Angelo’s also offers a great ice cream bar that has a variety of choices of different flavours.
The restaurant is a good location with free parking a 1 minute walk away. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very good and the staff are all very friendly. They offer a choice

After taking my wife and two twin daughters to Sant' Angelo's for a birthday meal, the experience was most satisfying to say the least. The Meet and Greet was polite, the showing to our table comfortable and the ordering of our meals to the point of being served was excellent.
