Oh goodness! The quality of the food is exceptional, the staff courteous, polite, helpful & well trained. The food presentation is second to none & essentially appetising at first sight. The environment is welcoming, open, spacious & wheelchair friendly. We were celebrating a birthday & couldnt have picked a better environment.

Nice venue and friendly staff. However service was poor, it's never great when a table arrives after you and receives it's food before you. Acknowledging a mistake is important but then to spin a poor excuse just makes it even worse. You would think its then important to try and amend the mistake not to compound it with another but maybe I expected too much. I could understand or have more empathy if it was busy but it wasn't. No real attempt to acknowledge which as a 1st time visitor was disappointing. Food was 7/10

Just two of us out for a meal tonight lovely music and lovely evening The food was lovely and the staff very polite and helpful. We wanted to eat locally as we feel lucky to have places to eat within easy reach . Hope to come back soon . Didn't have room for dessert but will try to fit one in next time ,

What a trukly fabulous evening. The food and service were outstanding. The staff were polite. I particulary liked the small touch of bringing my child extra sliced orange with his drinks

What an amazing Sunday evening ! We usually just get a takeaway at home from here.. we always spend around £60 a week as a mid week treat. didn’t realise how big and busy they are .. it explains all the delays we experience on deliveries however we never mind the delays as they do always inform us! Brilliant service. Steaks were perfect! Tonight the restaurant was full with large parties. We were a table of 8 and was a preorder! The food is always worth the wait. We did wait 20minutes for starters but staff did explain that 3 of the chefs are off and the restaurant manager was also not in. The

What a total disaster and disappointment, we have been coming to this restaurant for years and after booking it for a birthday meal we were forced to walk out after our starters, 5 out of 7 people received their order whilst 2 were told what they ordered wasn’t coming as they’d run out!! We then waited another half an hour for no mains to arrive, we then took the decision to leave. The so called “manager” laughed at us and told us that was the way of the world now whilst it was clear they were concentrating on looking after take outs rather than paying customers inside the restaurant. Avoid

Wow what a waste of time. If getting a takeaway sure. Never go in to sit and eat. Wait for 90 mins for a stater 2 hours for a child's pizza yet all the the time the takeaway side is in and out . Staff young and inexperienced bless them. Thrown in at deep end while the manager sits at the back waitress tried her best. Staff was pleasant under a hard job. Manager is a discrase. Don't go for a sit in meal.

Despite not being able to book a table for the whole family (9), we reduced our booking to a table for 4. So glad we did. The meal was excellent and the staff were friendly and courteous. We have been many times before and will certainly be back, hopefully when the restrictions on table numbers are relaxed.

First time here fir quite a while. Service was a bit slow even though it wasn't full. Ordered the crispy belly pork, asked when ordering if it was crispy and was told yes however when it came there was no crispness to it at all, the fat had been removed, they blamed the butcher!!. The food was however very nicely presented and the pork succulent. Will revisit just hope they produce what it says on the menu next time.
