Running, combined with nutritional monitoring and core strength training as part of your programme enabled me to drop 10 kilos (1st 8lbs). I'm almost back to my student weight after 8 years of uncontrolled weight gain. Thinking about it in hindsight, I guess my primary objective when enrolling was mostly about fitness and weight, running being a way to achieve it.

We help over 30s who struggle with motivation to change their lives whilst having fun doing it so that they can FEEL GREAT, BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES and BE PROUD again. They are typically not currently exercising or those who have started and reached a plateau in their progress.

I've been going to mikes classes for two years now. Great fun! He also made a training plan for me when I trained for a marathon. Not only did he point me in the right direction for training and nutrition, he was also a great mentor through it, especially when I got injured. I ended completing it in a really good time and I'm grateful for the support he gave me.

Mike gets a strong message across in an inspirational way. His RSCT is very good value and designed for runners. Mike leads by example, follows a no none sense approach, forget the fad diets and follow a sustainable improvement to your running needs, he personally encourages his members to take ownership, accountability and actively supports his members by local participation and cheering us along in our events. Always look forward to my daily email full of great advice.
