We are a Family run group offering a wide range of fitness programmes for all fitness levels. I have been working in the fitness industry for many years and I love seeing people improving everyday! I am a Level 2 Qualified ETM instructor. I am also a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist Pilates, freestyle fitness yoga, Tai Chi and Boxercise instructor.
I also trained in Taekwon-Do from a young age and went on to train in mixed martial arts and gained a black belt in Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. I currently teach various fitness classes and bootcamps!

Dorset Martial Arts at ForFit Fitness, We have been teaching Childrens Taekwon-Do at the Prince of Wales School, Dorchester for over 10 Years. Learn basic martial arts skills and life skills such as first aid, fire safety, crossing roads, stranger danger and much more. This class is perfect for making friends, building confidence, key motor skills and learning Tae Kwon-Do.

I have had sports massage with Roxy on several occasions and have really felt the benefit of improved recovery and reduced muscle soreness, particularly useful as a runner to have massages scheduled around races etc. The studio is in a central location and very convenient.
I also see Roxy twice a week for Personal Training sessions and have seen huge improvements in my strength and fitness. Always very motivating, varied and tailored to my goals.
10/10 would recommend.

Since January I have started personal training with Roxy and can not recommend it enough . Brilliant sessions , food diary’s to keep you on track and support via messages when ever you need it . Roxy is a brilliant trainer who has a good mix of working hard but also having a laugh which I think is essential.

If you can ‘enjoy’ working out, then that’s an accurate description. Roxy is a great motivator and we always have a giggle.
I really look forward to our sessions, and although shattered, I always feel empowered and strong after our workouts. I can’t recommend Roxy enough, she’s knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and checks up on me in between sessions. I’m feeling great 👍🏻

My son started with Dorset Martial Arts when he was 6 years old, he has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a muscle wasting condition. Roxy and the team have been amazing with him and have helped him achieve his ambition of becoming a black belt, they have had to adapt things due to his deteriorating condition so that he could either do it in his wheel chair or his special made leg braces. Nothing was too much trouble or to difficult for them, cannot recommend them highly enough.
