Busy Kids is a vibrant and exciting pre-school. There's loads to do, and a dedicated team that can make things happen. We're qualified and experienced, and on hand to make sure your child learns, develops and has fun! Busy Kids Breakfast Club runs from 8am until 8.45am for children attending St Nicholas Primary school or until 9am for babies and children under 5 years old, who will be attending Busy Kids that morning.
Fun and games plus great nutrition too! Our Ofsted-registered After School Club runs from 3.15pm until 6pm and provides a safe and secure environment for 0-11 yr olds once their school day finishes. Our Ofsted-registered Holiday Club provides you and your children with everything you and they need all under one roof.

Services
Our Ofsted-registered After School Club runs from 3.15pm until 6pm and provides a safe and secure environment for 0-11 yr olds once their school day finishes. Children have full use of the Busy Kids' building, school playground and large playing field and the younger ones have a secure fenced play area next to the rear of the building.
3.15 p.m with children doing a variety of hours. Children are welcome to attend the Breakfast club and after-school club either side of the pre-school hours. Children can choose from the following sessions between 8.45am- 3.15pm. We don't have enough space in our fridge for all the lunchboxes, so please make sure they are the insulated type and contain an ice pack or eg. a frozen yoghurt.
The ratio in this area is one adult practitioner to eight children who are aged three and above. The ratio for the two year old children is one adult practitioner to four children who are aged two. The children have regular access to our outside classroom throughout the day. The children are provided with a wide range of activities throughout the day and are able to access all the resources within the environment independently.
Our Caterpillar room is designed to take children from birth to two years. When children are nearing the end of their time in the Caterpillar room, they are able to have some transitional periods in the Butterfly Room to get to know the other children and staff. We work within the Ofsted legal requirement which states we have one adult practitioner to 3 children under two years old.
