We offer a wide range of Fish Tanks, Aquarium starter kits, Aquarium stands and Aquarium hoods which are always in stock. We stock everything you need for a Aquarium set-ups, including pumps, filtration systems, chemicals, dcor and plants. We keep a large range of Aquarium Accessories, if there is something that we don't have, we can normally get in for the next day.
Our recently revamped shop has a large dedicated Aquatics with over 50 Fish tanks of Tropical, Marine and Cold Water fish suitable for the home aquaria. We hold a large and varied selection of Live plants for your Tropical, Marine and Pond Setups. We offer a guarantee on all our Tropical, Marine and Fresh water fish and they are all at low, low prices too.
Our recently revamped shop has a large dedicated fishing area, holding a large selection of Fishing Equipment and Supplies including Fishing Rods, Fishing Reels, Fishing Bait and Clothing. Most of our stock is aimed at the the Fresh Water Fishing enthusiast, but we do stock a small selection of Sea Fishing and Fly fishing equipment.
Our new shop has a dedicated reptile and insect section with Bearded Dragons, Ghekkos, Chameleons, Snakes, Tortoises and Spiders. We now hold a good selection of reptile enclosures and vivariums Our vivariums come in wood metal glass and plastic. They come in all sizes from small starter kits all the way to large multi animal enclosures.
We have a large selection of Pond Supplies and Equipment including Pond Liners, Pond Pumps and Filters. We stock a varied selection of Cold Water Pond Fish, Pond Healthcare products and Pond Fish Food. Pentangle carries both PVC and Butyl pond liners. Large sizes are available at very attractive prices and can be delivered direct to site.

This shop lost my beloved corn snake which was entrusted in their care while I was on holiday and they were being paid to do so. Then they blamed it on me for not bringing my own vivarium "because it's more secure", even though they didn't give any kind of explanation or warning of this prior, only after the snake was gone. Oh yeah, and as what's supposed to be a professional reptile service, you of all places should have secure vivariums.

I bought a tank for my daughter in June from Pets at home unaware of of Pentangle. When I went in for advice after my ammonium levels rose they were initially very helpful. The shop was recommended by a friend. I was advised to move up to a 60 litre tropical tank which they sold me. Unfortunately my shrimp started dying and when I went back was told the filter was no good which came with the tank they sold me and I would need a new one. Ehiem. Surprised at this as they sold it to me. In the space of 3 weeks all my shrimp and snails died. Ammonia levels through the roof. I went back to the shop

My son came in this shop looking for a job, and there was a job going there, which Alex's was interested. And the lady took his name and phone number, and they did ring the next day,, anyway my son brought his CV to the lady in the shop, and sadly we here nothing. Like all the other jobs. It's not fair my son is looking for a little job and when they ask for CV we'll.. Its rubbish because my son is 17 years old and not work just had work experience in the coop... Well my son once to work.. Not like some that age don't want to work. Well thanks for wasting our time.. 😒😒😒😒😒😒

This is the second occasion in the past few weeks when I've had to use their services. Firstly with a phone enquiry, that they tried to resolve but were unable to provide a product solution; however they did recommend an alternative retailer who could supply.
Secondly I visited the branch today, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and I found everything thing I needed. Highly recommended

I bought my husband a common musk for his birthday as a surprise. I knew nothing about how to take care of the musk nor what to buy, luckily the guy that was there knew a lot! He helped me buy the necessities needed for the musk and helped me pick the cutest little guy! He also helped me to deliver the products to my apartment (as I didn’t have a car) and helped with the set up! He’s truly awesome! Love this place, definitely coming back again! My husband was extremely happy too!
