We have led the way in Koi health testing and the standards we have set have become the template utilised across the industry. We offer a 10-day health guarantee on our Freshwater livestock, meaning you can buy with complete confidence. We place the fish in plastic bags with water and oxygen. The fish are then put into a polystyrene box, with a heat pack if necessary, and then into a cardboard box.

I have a fish/plant order September 2021.
The person I talked to about my problem was polite etc and they did refund me the cost of the fish 🐟 not the postage or plants that had 🐌 in.
The problem I had was basically my mature tank was wiped out apart a few new fish. Costing well over £500 in mature fish that I cant replace. I am marine & freshwater hobbiest for the last 10 plus years. I cant prove what happened at the end of the day, but I have learnt from it. Just please be careful when buying live stock online

Despite reading less favourable reviews of this company, I nervously placed an order for 15 assorted Peacock Malawi...
Throughout my enquiries and constant emails, Mike and his team were informative and helpful and gave good advice on selections and quantities.
The order process was easy and I was able to select a delivery day, and even with an "assorted" pack of fish, I was welcome to request specific varieites and genders.
Finally, on the approved day, my package arrived, very securely boxed and labelled, with a polystyrene lining and 6 heat packs in total (3 per box).

Visited this place prelockdown. On that day they had a delivery and to care for the fish all the lights where off, understandable but inconvenient. Early November 2021 visited the business only to find that they are not accepting visitors due to covid. This info is on the entrance gate but you can only see it after you pass it. It would be good to put this info on their website. They told me I could order online and pickup in the carpark, but online is next day, not helpfull.
Both times, the communication was cold and unfriendly.

I’ve only given one star cause I had to ,didn’t want to give any
Bought some fish they got delivered to wrong address when we finally got them after we persude the matter with delivery company, one fish died got money for that. They didn’t honour their policy 10day period when fish die cause a couple more died
So we bought another bundle hoping to get fish they still owed us , all we got was what we bought again
Then more fish died. This brought the total to 5 fish, we subsequently been paid back for 2 instead of 5
Anyway the worst part is one of the staff who works there very very rude

Fish arrived by a very friendly courrier, who called to let me know he was on his way to me. he was also very careful with the parcel placed in such a way that it couldnt move in his van.
all fish arrived in good health, few weeks later and they are all still alive and doing well in their new enviroment.

I ordered a pair of apistogramma trifasciata and when they arrived thet were two males not as the webiste stated (one female one male) after some emailing and waiting around they said they would send two females i thought great service! But then they arrived and under close inspection they were again both males so now i have 4 males in four different tanks ready for rehoming two already gone to local LFS
