If i knew of somewhere to report them I would.
Dead and/or dying fish in multiple tanks. Cichlids with sunken bellys, fish rubbing on gravels. Disgusting to see for any fish keeper
They also have a "show tank" for cichlids with absolutely no circulation in the tank, and then only have 3 cichlid species for sale?? Just give up.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Good range of tropical fish, aquariums and accessories for both outdoor ponds and indoor tanks. If anything though they do fall just a little short on their pond plants in that the range could be wider.

3 out of the 4 fish I purchased have died within a week. I'm not impressed and won't be purchasing fish from you anymore.

Staff extremely knowledgable and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service today. They spent a lot of time helping me with the info I needed for setting up my new aquarium. Fish are healthy and well looked after. Will be back again soon!

I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of this store owner. They are extremely rude and they have extremely bad post-sale customer treatment. My aquarium was leaked and then cracked within warranty period but they did not bother to replace it. They said that it is our fault, which is not true at all. They are just making the story. Because of this faulty aquarium, I lost 25 fishes and destroyed my carpet, resulting additional expense of GBP 500 for no reason to change the carpet.
Do not trust this shop and their sweet words. There are many better shops around who will provide you better

Great shop and staff. If you're just starting out or an experienced hobbyist you'll find friendly helpful advice and a great selection of aquarium and pond supplies in stock.

After buying our first pond online, I visited Weald. The staff was amazingly helpful with advice on what fish and plants I should put into the pond. Great service. Will be seeing them again this week for a second round of fish purchasing. :)

Much like the other reviews I've been to a number of other shops in the area. Many are good but I've found none that match these guys for knowledge and enthusiasm. I've just set up a new tank and found their advice to be invaluable. Had a slight drama with the tank I ordered - not their fault - and they couldn't have done more to make things right. I always think that the best way to judge a company is when things go wrong. Weald Aquatics passed with flying colours. I'm afraid I'll be spending a lot more money with them! 😀 Thanks guys.

Recently purchased a fish tank and was very impressed with the staffs knowledge and eagerness to help. Won't be going any where else for our fish and aquarium needs. Excellent customer service hard to beat.

The service is great, very knowledgeable friendly people who will always insure the best fish and products are available.
Very helpful with questions and able to find ways to get the fish you didn't think you could get.
The maintenence service is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone without the time or experience to do it themselves and insure all the livestock in your aquarium is healthy.
