Pond construction was always the 'core business' but recent changes in business direction due to an increased volume of maintenance contracts have seen a move away from large construction projects; however we still provide consultancy services to help you get things right if you are planning or building your own pond.

Thames Valley Aquatic Services specialise in large pond and lake maintenance and provide bespoke maintenance contracts for agencies throughout Berkshire and the surrounding area. We can provide consultancy for developments together with 'native species' and 'ornamental' planting schemes.
For existing water-bodies we can offer water quality monitoring, bio-diversity surveys and enhancement, fish stock management and control of invasive aquatic plants and non-native species amongst other services.

Thames Valley Aquatic Services are specialists in large pond and lake management and provide a comprehensive range of services covering both development and maintenance of new and existing ponds and lakes. From initial consultancy, native and ornamental aquatic planting schemes for new waters through to silt surveys and mechanical de-silt projects on old ponds we can almost certainly help with your enquiries.
Thames Valley Aquatic Services are professional fish health consultants approved by the Environment Agency to perform Section 30 health checks to meet the requirements under Section 30 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act (1975) for the stocking of fish into waters. We also carry out parasitilogical examinations for survey data and mortality investigations.
