We will continue to monitor Government guidelines around social distancing in order to keep you as safe as possible. We understand that some of our clients are not yet ready to return to the studio so for the larger mat classes we will continue to offer a mix of in-studio and Zoom. We offer a range of Pilates mat and equipment (reformer and tower) classes, individual sessions, osteopathy and massage therapy.

Our highly qualified staff use state-of-the-art equipment, allowing us to offer an outstanding Pilates and physical therapy experience in a fun environment. Our Pilates classes are categorised at different skill levels so you'll be sure to find a class that suits your requirements. We keep our classes small, ensuring you get personal attention from our teachers as they guide you through your session.
Services
It is Susie's aim to get to the root cause of a problem. During an initial session with Susie she will take a thorough case history and assess you from head to foot to ensure she understands your problem. From there she will suggest a plan for your recovery. This will most probably involve hands-on massage and stretching techniques as well as exercises to be done at home.
These are 10-week group courses, which will introduce you to the main principles of Pilates. These courses are aimed at individuals with no previous experience. They are suitable for those who have not done Pilates before and would feel more comfortable within a group of total beginners. We take up to a maximum of seven people on each course to ensure that our teachers are able to give you the close attention you need at this early crucial stage.
Individual tuition is a great way to learn Pilates. With the aid of your own personal teacher you will have the opportunity to explore what Pilates can do for you, and become more in tune with how your body works and moves. At your first session the teacher will take your case history and discuss your requirements and expectations.
This package is an alternative introduction to Pilates for those not able to attend one of our regular Beginners' Courses (perhaps because the timetable is inconvenient). It may also be suitable for those who have done Pilates in the past but need a refresher before joining a group. You start by attending an individual session with one of our Pilates teachers.
These are 10-week group equipment courses based around specialised Pilates equipment, including the reformer and tower. The Pilates equipment assists muscles and joints to lengthen beyond their usual capacity. Equally it can be used to decrease stability, making the exercises more challenging. All of our 10-week Equipment Courses are taught by highly qualified Pilates teachers and involve exercising on specialised Pilates equipment.

I have recently started a 10 week course in Beginners Pilates with Equipment. I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have done. Every week I really look forward to my session and get so much enjoyment out of learning new things. Andy, our instructor is wonderful, he is so knowledgeable and caters to each individuals ability. For anyone looking to try something new, I couldn't recommend the studio or the team more!

I developed sciatica and saw Suzy after 2 spinal injections and physiotherapy failed to provide any relief. Over several sessions, with Suzy's clear instructions and accurate treatments I have been pain-free for the last three years. I think she is amazing and would highly recommend her.
