Run by a dedicated committee of parents and fully qualified, experienced staff, Waverton Pre-School provides a caring and high quality environment for the education of two to four year olds. Situated within the grounds of Waverton Primary School since 2007, we boast an excellent range of indoor and outdoor play facilities.
We offer a key worker system for each child and offer development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. We accept Childcare Vouchers, 2 year old funding, 3 and 4 year old universal funding and extended 30 hours ( No extra charges).

Services
At Waverton, Pre-School parents are included in their children's learning via many methods. We will include parents weekly in activity plans and 'things to do' at home that will enhance their learning journey. We want YOUR ideas of what interests and motivates your child and hope to work with you for the best outcomes for your child.
Fees are currently 5.50 per hour for three and four year olds and 6.50 per hour for two year olds. We also charge 1 per day to cover snacks and play consumables. This daily charge is payable for all children including funded children. We are registered to receive EYFS funding for 3 and 4 year olds, this entitles all children to 15 hours free childcare per week.
Every child has a key carer who ensures that the children in their care are observed, assessed and planned for regularly, giving regard to their interests, abilities, needs and learning characteristics. We work within the EYFS Framework and ensure we meet the Statutory Framework requirements. The development of children's learning is continuously tracked and assessed according to age and stage of development.

I would highly recommend Waverton Pre School as an excellent setting where children are cared for and valued.
The team of staff are exceptional. They are attentive, kind and praise the children during their time there. Every morning they are greeted with a smile and enthusiasm, which makes my daughter relax and feel welcome. My daughter constantly talks about the staff and absolutely adores her key worker, Becky!
There are always stimulating activities set out and they arerotated regularly. Detailed plans are displayed and beautiful work is brought home. I am extremely impressed at how quickly
