I did a virtual class for the first time this week. The teacher was great, clear instructions, great class and the virtual aspect worked well. The only thing i would say to improve would be the lighting. The teacher was back lit by the window, so in silhouette, it would have been nice to see her better. Highly recommend!

Really good classes, in a beautiful building. I've started from beginner there and been going for 6 months. I love the beginner class with Vanessa and find that she pays attention to everyone's needs in the class to help everyone to improve. Despite being for beginners, it's physically more demanding than most of the other general yoga sessions I've experienced elsewhere, helping build strength. Finally there is also laughter and lightness to the class, which I think is essential. You can pay for exactly how many classes you do, or the are packaged. Sadly as Hornsey Town Hall quickly approaches
